With Crosby IVR you can build our voice recognition system into any application
to do anything. This can open files, play
files or allow access to an area. Using our voice recognition
technology we listen carefully to each spoken word and the way
it's said. Once our system is convinced that we have the right
voice then permission will be granted. Here are some features
that we can provide along with voice recognition.
Access All Areas
Using a spoken voice we can perform almost any task inside the
application. Most the time our customers use this feature to control
access to an area or control a line.
Multi-Lingual
Just because the system operates in English does not mean it can
only detect English voices, we use a multi-lingual platform that allows
us to match against a dictionary to suit the persons language. This is
very useful as the person who needs access to your area but cannot speak
English can do it without dialling another number. These are the languages

Secure Voice Detection
Once a voice has been recognised we check it up to 12 times against
what you recorded when initially training your voice to suit our system.
This 12 times process takes seconds to complete, however it provides
greater security, ideal for protecting a secure area inside an
application that you don't want the wrong people accessing.
External Access
Using voice recognition inside an application can be used to control
external applications or inputs, for example you might want to say, please
call "Anne Smith" we can then match this against your saved number and
dial this person connecting them inside your application. On the other
hand you might want to switch I/O outputs that could control electrical
appliances, electronic circuits and many more, just from a spoken
voice.
