Time of day controlling adds great flexibility to your IVR application
by utilising time sensitive features your line can be open anytime of day
performing many takes that involve the use of time as a control whist the
call is in progress. Once the call is connected we can use the time of day
to control any aspect of the call navigation through to the way the
call is answered and handled before interaction with the caller.
Time of day can be based on Greenwich Mean Time, or simply state
the country and we will synchronise our clock to that time zone.
Controlling
Of course having such a state of the art system you would expect
a degree of control of your IVR application, especially how it behaves.
Applications can be controlled by time, that is answering the call at
a particular time to accessing a part of the system at a pre-determined
time which can be changed by yourself using, phone, fax, web SMS and many
more. Using our 2-way SMS feature you can control your IVR application
by using set SMS messages, just type a keyword into a message, send it
to our mobile number and you are controlling your application by SMS.
What would I use this for?
There are many applications you can use Time of day for, too many
