SStored data is an integral part of IVR and accessing/controlling it has to be correct long before your system goes live. Again, being the designers of our software we can create a connection into your database that has to be cost effective for both parties and deliver fast reliable access for every call.

Connection

Connection to our databases can be made in many ways. Generally we can connect to any ODBC data source like Access, SQL Server, Oracle etc. This includes things like mainframes other large computer suites. If you don't support a connection to your database then we can write a custom solution.

Connecting to Your Databases

Some of our customers have data housed at their end so we have to connect to their database to access the information. This can be done by leased line, radio (microwave), GSM/PCM Direct Connection, Frame Relay or satellite depending on the bandwidth required and the total amount of transactions requested per hour.

Tables and Maintenance

If you are hosting your data on your site and we are going to connect then we offer a consultation service to help you design your database layout. This way we can both work together on the structure of the database that can optimise performance and data storage so it works well with both our systems.

Interfaces

With most IVR applications we write a GUI (graphical user interface) which is needed somewhere along the line. If we are housing the data on our servers or even just connecting we can write a web or application based interface to suit.

If you need to create a custom solution or would just like to speak to us then please contact us.
