Caller ID Blocking

Using the incoming caller ID we can block callers from reaching a part of your application. Even before the call has started we can check against a "blacklist" to see if they can access your system. If the caller ID is withheld we can either just block access altogether or simply play a message telling the caller to call back from a phone that presents the caller ID to us.

Caller ID Routing

Used with the Outbound calling features we can route calls based on the caller's ID, for example if your application was to control departments of a company, we can route callers automatically based on their geographical location to their nearest office. Again this can be complemented with our Time sensitive feature so after a pre-determined time they can be routed elsewhere. Caller ID can be used anywhere in your application, just ask for more info.

Live Connect/Operator Services

At any point in an application we can connect two callers together on the same call, for example if you wanted to run a chat system, but don't want a party chat, say a one to one where a caller can only talk to one person at one time then this is ideal. We just connect two callers together when something happens during the call. Once connected they can chat together until the time duration set up or another internal/external influence.

Monitor Callers

This is commonly used as an "eaves dropping" feature that allows you the administrator to call your line and listen to your callers interacting with your application without them knowing you are there. You can hear them recording, listening to messages and even pressing digits on the phone. This is ideal if you are also using the system to call out to another office as you can monitor your caller and your staff for training purposes.

Voicemail

The most basic of our applications contain voicemail. Voicemail is easy to use, cost effective but Crosby IVR has a lot of advanced features that can help you in many ways. Most can be done over the phone using a touch-tone telephone with our Remote Update Facility.
