This version is ideal for delivery of information by e-mail.
How it works:
- In response to an advertisement, a potential customer texts a keyword (e.g.
"BROCHURE") to a 5–digit number.
- An instant text message response is automatically delivered, asking the customer
to specify an e-mail address to which the requested information should be sent.
- Once these details have been received, another text is automatically sent to the
customer, confirming their e-mail address and stating that a message containing the
information they requested has been sent.
- The information requested is automatically delivered to the customer's inbox,
arriving within a few minutes.
Text 4 Info (mailout)
This version is ideal for delivery of information by post.
How it works:
- In response to an advertisement, a potential customer texts a keyword (e.g.
"BROCHURE") to a 5–digit number.
- An instant text message response is automatically delivered, asking the customer to
specify their postcode, house number/name and date of birth. When received, these
details are automatically validated with the PAF (Postcode Address File).
- Once these details have been received, a text is automatically sent to the customer
confirming that the information they requested has been dispatched to their
specified postal address.
- The information requested is posted to the customer.
