What about Content moderation, if a customer texts in profanities
can this be filtered?
Yes, Crosby have both automated and human content moderation depending
on the size of venue and the commercial deal struck with you.
Our automated content moderation is very clever and will remove
most profanities that will cause concern. You can also add to
this with your own set of filtered words such as a competitors
venue or slanderous messages with the venues name in.
How reliable is the text messaging system, is your system dependent
on a good reception inside the venue?
Our system is very reliable, its classed as part of our infrastructure and
will monitor is 24 hrs a day from our network management control centre.
The system is linked directly to our data centre either by private
telephone link, the internet or a 3G connection, whichever suit the
venue upon installation, Crosby can also use other technologies for
backup if requested.
What if there is bad reception generally for mobile phones in my
venue?
We have arrangements with a business partner who can install small low cost
repeater stations for each mobile network that will enhance the signal
inside the venue and give full signal to everyone. Crosby will do an
initial free survey prior to installation for each mobile network to
establish the signal strength.
How long does it take to install this and do you interfere with my
existing lighting rigs, DJ equipment and sound system?
It takes around a day at most to complete the installation with testing.
Crosby don't interfere with your existing setup, your DJ just needs an
internet connection if they want access to the text request part of the
product.
