Can my Crosby Fax number be listed with Directory Enquiry
services?
If you would like your fax or voice numbers listed with all
Directory Enquiry services, please contact our sales office
at sales@Crosby.co.uk. You will need to fill a Directory Enquiries
form and fax or post it back to Crosby. This service is free
of charge to all Crosby Fax customers and will take up to 14
days to be listed.
Can I receive my faxes as text files?
No, you can only receive your faxes as ‘Group 3 tiff’
image files.
How fast will I receive my faxes?
An incoming fax is detected within a 1/1000th of a second. Crosby
Faxes are sent much faster than traditional fax machines, but
it depends on the speed of the sending fax machine and its settings.
If it is sent on ultra-fine it will take longer than standard
faxes and create a larger file size.
I need a graphic document sending to me. Will it come out OK?
Get the fax sent to you on an ultra-fine setting and it should
come out perfectly.
