We are quite often asked the same questions from time
to time, for your convenience we have published some below :
- Do I need to keep putting CD's into this system or use a lot of my time looking after it?
- No, that's the whole point of this system, its hassle free. Crosby keep the music fresh and don't play the same track twice within 2 weeks, plus change the music depending on seasonality, times of the day etc.
- Is there a DJ somewhere running our system?

Yes, through our partners, we have existing audio staff and experienced DJ's running your system on a day by day basis along with many other stores and stations, making it very cost effective to operate thus passing those savings onto you.
- Can I just attach this system to my existing PA installation, how complex is that?
- It simply uses a Line Level audio connection, the same type of connection as a CD player or Radio. We will conduct an initial survey in any case to establish whenever your PA system in compatible.
- How about royalties, who pays them?
- We pay the royalties for your station as part of the package, the royalties will be based on the size of your store and the number of people passing though it.
- If the music just plays all of the time, how do I switch it off before we go home?
- There is a small button on the side of the box, you simply press it prior to going home. It just cuts the connection between the box on your PA system until you press it again.
- Will I have control of the volume of this radio station?
- Yes you can alter the stations volume from the small box we supply.
